What is MyChurchSuite? 

We use a church management system called ChurchSuite to help us with our administration – accessed by the office and others who have responsibility for managing aspects of church life – eg rotas.

MyChurchSuite is an associated system that provides individual church members with easy access to up-to-date information, and is available on desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones.

Why are we introducing MyChurchSuite?

Firstly, because it benefits us. The more time and money we spend on administration, the less we have for the Gospel work of the church. The use of MyChurchSuite allows us to provide information to the church family in a way that reduces the demands on the office.

Secondly, because it helps you, as a church member, to connect with both the church and the wider church family. Printed materials can be out of date almost as soon as they have been produced; MyChurchSuite gives you access to the very latest information.

Thirdly, because it can help us welcome new members into the church family. Adding a photo to your profile is a great way of making yourself known to the rest of the church family.

How will it benefit me?

  • You get access to the up-to-date contact book.  Just click on an email address to start an email – if you are on a mobile, then start a call with a click.
  • You can manage the information that we hold for you. Changed your email address? Update your account yourself, knowing that everyone with access to the system will then see your up-to-date contact details.
  • You are able to control your privacy settings. Whilst it is useful for the office to know your mobile number or email address, you can mark some or all of your contact details as being private.
  • Sign up for optional newsletters. At any time of the day or night, simply select the option to receive (for example) the children’s prayer supporters letter.
  • If you are on one or more rotas, see all your upcoming serving commitments. Record any rota swaps. Tell us any dates on which you are not available for future rotas.
  • Need to know when the church buildings are in use? View the latest bookings calendar.
  • Get easy access to the “hidden” page on the website that contains information for church members.

Who can use MyChurchSuite?

Access to MyChurchSuite is only available for members of Holy Trinity; it is not automatic but requires an invitation via email from us.

How secure is my information?

Your information is completely secure. The data is stored in secure UK data centres and us fully encrypted. Your MyChurchSuite account is secured by a password; on mobiles and tablets it is further protected through the use of pin codes or fingerprint technology.

How do I access MyChurchSuite?

Once you have a MyChurchSuite account, you can login to MyChurchSuite using any web browser at https://holytrinityspital.churchsuite.com. You can create a desktop short-cut to make it easy to access. Different browsers may differ slightly in the way that this is done, but once you are at the MyChurchSuite log-in page, click the “options” icon at the top of the browser window, and look for an entry such as “create shortcut”. In Google Chrome, this is located within the “More tools” section.

On a smartphone or tablet, you can download the free MyChurchSuite app from the Google Play app store or the Apple app store – just search for “Churchsuite”
